Thank you for purchasing Milestone tyres and the trust you have in the quality of the brand.

Milestone has developed and designed tyres to have a robust and lightweight construction, providing fuel economy and long lasting kilometres at a very competitive price.

Whether you have chosen a Milestone summer-, winter- or 4 seasons tyre, the engineers developed tread patterns to provide excellent stability and road holding at all speeds and under all weather conditions. All this is guaranteed for the life of the tyre.

Your Milestone tyres have been manufactured to the highest standards and our confidence in the product allows us to provide you 3 years guarantee on the quality of the product (check the details below).

If a Milestone tyre develops a fault, which is related to the production of the tyre, your tyre will be replaced without any discussion in the first 18 months after the date of purchase. For the 2nd and 3rd year after the date of purchase the not used mm will be pro rata refunded.

This guarantee is valid until the tyre reaches a tread depth of 2mm.

When are you eligible for this guarantee program?

  • The tyres are mounted by a professional service provider
  • Your tyres are registered at : https://www.tyreguarantee.com/milestone/
  • A copy of your purchase is provided as a proof of the date of purchase
  • A formal reclamation is done by the service provider that supplied your Milestone tyre
  • The damaged and claimed tyre can be checked by our technical department

*If necessary the tyre will be sliced for further investigation, here the claim to property right expires.

When are the tyres excluded for this guarantee program?

  • Irregular wear or damage due to mechanical condition of the vehicle, improper inflation, overloading, high-speed spin-up, misapplication, misuse, negligence, racing, misuse of tyre chains, improper mounting or demounting, improper repair, wreck, collision or fire.
  • Road hazards (includes, but not limited to, punctures, cuts, snags, impact breaks, etc.).
  • Damages due to violation
  • Damages related to improper storage of the tyre
  • Oil or chemical fluids that were in contact with the tyre
  • This guarantee program is not transferable
